This incredible journey began more than 16 years ago, and like many other compatriots, had no idea what coffee was: its flavor, nuances, origins, magic, complexity, and simplicity. Coffee has allowed me to comprehend more about our people, culture, the ones within coffee zones pending of every bean harvested and plant that produces it.
Coffee is a unique product of nature. No other product in this beautiful country relates so many people, because coffee has this kindness, allowing the distribution of income directly to the regions, the farms and the most needed. Coffee has allowed me to be an ambassador of our land in distant lands, a representative of all those who strives to deliver it to us and distribute it worldwide.
Coffee does not discriminate race, religion or ideology, transcends borders and connects communities between origins and destinations. Coffee is a universal product.
Making a stopover in this trip through the Colombian coffee landscapes, I have found the inspiration, connection and passion to understand and create new products from this beautiful bean, evolving and contributing with small grains of sand to our coffee culture. This trip doesn’t end here, the story continues, I do not know precisely where, but I can say that it won’t be boring.
